Hope Through Housing FoundationHope Through Housing Foundation

creates community change by providing services proven to have long-term benefits in individuals and neighborhoods threatened by crime, poverty, blight, and isolation.

Hope contributes to community vitality through three major initiatives:

Hope provides best-practice, outcome-based services and programs with a long-term commitment to the health of vulnerable neighborhoods. In close partnership with National Community Renaissance (National CORE), one of the United States largest non-profit developers of quality affordable housing for low-income families and seniors, Hope works to create measurable positive change in the lives of children, adults and families living in these communities. This is a unique model for social service delivery in the affordable housing industry. It assures that social services are based on best practices in their field and achieve measurable results.

Our long-term purpose is focused on improving the social and economic climate of neighborhoods vulnerable to the effects of crime, blight, poor school performance and the effects of generations of poverty. We believe that supporting families, children and youth with services that have a proven effect on the future of children, families and seniors will positively influence the future trajectory of economic and social conditions. These services are an investment in the creation of thriving neighborhoods.
